Grisdelin has in-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management. Prior to coming to U.S. Borax, she worked for a major third-party logistics (3PL) brokerage where she worked with domestic and international enterprise customers. In fact, Gris has been recognized by her peers for her excellence with large enterprise freight businesses.

She has a bachelor of arts degree from the from Lawerence University in Wisconsin, United States. Gris is fluent in English and conversational in Visayan.
