As part of Rio Tinto, U.S. Borax has commercial business offices across the globe.

Our worldwide footprint allows us to respond to customers locally, when they need us most.  

Americas 

Located in downtown Chicago, Illinois, this office is not only home to our North American sales and customer service teams but also our global logistics and marketing groups. Our South American sales team is located in-country, but is very much part of our unified Americas team.

APAC 

Customers throughout southeast Asia are cared for via two offices in the region. Our Singapore office is home to sales, customer support, and technical marketing teams specializing in industrial and agricultural borate use. And, our sales office in Shanghai, China, includes both agriculture and industrial team members. 

EIMEA 

To support customers throughout Europe and southwest Asia, we have two convenient locations for our sales and customer service teams—Frankfurt, Germany and New Delhi, India.

U.S. Borax, part of Rio Tinto, is a global leader in the supply and science of borates—naturally-occurring minerals containing boron and other elements. We are 1,000 people serving 650 customers with more than 1,800 delivery locations globally.
