Fabiano has more than 20 years of experience in the fertilizers market. He currently serves as U.S. Borax’s global market development manager for agriculture. Previous to this role, he was the regional sales manager for South America. He has extensive technical knowledge in soil science, plant nutrition, and several crops working on the development of refined borates market.

He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Italian. Fabiano has a Bachelors Degree in Agronomic Engineering and an Master’s Degree in the Science of Soil from the Universidade Federal do Paraná in Brazil, and he also holds an MBA from FAE Business School, in Brazil in partnership with Baldwin-Wallace College (USA).
