Yao has been with Rio Tinto for more than 8 years, focused in the borates group. His prior expertise in laboratory testing, technical services, and our quality team gives him with a deep understanding of the various applications for borates. He is committed to understanding our customers' needs and providing them with the best borate product possible.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Yao has a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Zhengzhou University as well as a master's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
