Based in Chicago, Gina manages our customer service team in the Americas. Her goal is to ensure that all of our customers are highly satisfied with the products and level of service they receive from U.S. Borax. Gina is truly an expert in being the voice of the customer within our organization.

Prior to her current role, she has worked in customer service and billing across multiple industry. Gina holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science and business from Fisk University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
