For more than six decades, the International Symposium on Boron, Borides and Related Materials (ISBB) has been dedicated to advancing discussions on the chemistry, physics, and materials science in the borates field.

The primary focus of the meeting is the development of wood protection and preservation standards.

The 85^th Conference on Glass Problems (GPC) is organized by the Glass Manufacturing Industry Council (GMIC), in partnership with Alfred University. It's endorsed by The American Ceramic Society. Glass Worldwide is the official journal.
