BORAX VISITOR CENTER


Discover Hidden Treasure
Buried deep in the Mojave Desert is one of the biggest and richest deposits of borax on the planet. You will also find the Borax Visitor Center, one of the best kept secrets of the Southern California desert.

Hours of Operation
During normal hours of operation, the Visitor Center is open seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding major holidays and weather permittting.

Admission
Motorcycles: $1.00
Automobiles: $2.00
Buses: $10.00

Parking is accessible to recreational vehicles.

Be sure to visit the Twenty Mule Team Museum when you're in town.

The Borax Visitor Center Foundation - made up of company and community leaders - oversees the disbursement of Visitor Center funds. All admission fees are donated to local non-profit organizations.
