Dedicated customer service - Your Customer Service Representative handles all shipping issues regarding your account. They know your order patterns and shipping preferences. Our 800 number even automatically switches you to your representative. Anytime order placement - Customer Service is available to take your order via fax anytime or phone from 9 am EST to 4:30 pm PST Monday-Friday. Any mode - We can ship the material via any mode of transportation, from a 1 lb. sample to bulk railcars.
Free claim resolution - It doesn't happed often but...if there's damage in transit and you've used our preferred carrier, we'll issue you a credit and then we'll resolve it with the carrier. Quick response to competitive situations - Our Regional Sales Managers can give you a support number within 48 hours to enable you to take quick advantage of dynamic market changes. Technical service - USB has the only dedicated technical service staff of any borate producer. They're available to train your sales people, make joint calls, and give technical presentations to your customers.
